Terms and Conditions jibets

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the jibets website accessible at https://jibets.one together with all services, games and features available on it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the jibets platform.
• "Operator" refers to jibets as the entity that manages and operates this platform under a valid international licence.
• "Transaction" covers all financial activities including deposits, withdrawals, bets and fund transfers within the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to financial incentives or game credits awarded by the Operator to members subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering value that must be reached before a bonus can be converted to cash.

References to the singular also include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at jibets, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process.
• Hold a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a recognised identification document.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling restriction imposed by any relevant authority.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Each member is only allowed to hold one registered account. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual may result in all accounts being closed and fund balances being forfeited. jibets reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification at any time, and failure to comply with such a request may result in the account being suspended while processing takes place.

Members are fully responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling activities is in line with the laws and regulations applicable in their location. jibets operates under an international licence and makes no representation regarding the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jibets supports a range of payment methods for member convenience, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the jibets platform:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for each request submitted.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method and verification procedures required.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the support team.
• jibets does not charge internal processing fees, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside the Operator's control.

jibets reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for security or compliance review purposes. In such cases, the support team will contact the member through their registered channel within a reasonable time.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jibets offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be approved.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
• Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM4,700 → wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

Members enrolled in the jibets VIP programme are eligible to receive weekly cashback according to their membership tier — Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Cashback eligibility is assessed based on the member's overall betting activity.

• A member is only eligible for the welcome bonus once throughout their membership period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or directly converted to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• jibets reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion with prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses improperly, including through hedge betting across different accounts, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All jibets promotions have their own expiry dates. Unused bonuses or credits after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the member's account.

5. Betting and Game Rules

All games offered on the jibets platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery, are operated according to the respective game rules set by licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a technical disruption occurs on the platform's end.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting a game outcome, jibets reserves the right to void the round in question and return the stake to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary according to game type and the member's VIP level.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption on the member's end do not constitute grounds for a cancellation claim.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots or unauthorised tools for betting purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

jibets collects and processes members' personal data based on the operational needs of the platform, legal compliance and service improvement. All data is handled in accordance with the jibets Privacy Policy, which can be referenced on the dedicated page for that purpose.

• Members' personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or a regulatory authority.
• jibets uses SSL encryption across all data communications to protect sensitive information during transmission.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to record-retention obligations set by licensing regulations.
• The use of cookies and tracking technologies is carried out in accordance with the provisions stated in the jibets Privacy Policy.

7. Account Termination and Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jibets customer support team. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once all bonus-related wagering requirements have been met.

jibets reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member has provided false or misleading information during registration.
• The member has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or system exploitation.
• A self-exclusion request by the member themselves or through a responsible gambling programme.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or competent legal body.

In cases of closure due to a breach, jibets reserves the right to withhold funds associated with suspected activity until the investigation has been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

jibets is not responsible for any losses suffered by members arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or communication infrastructure failures outside the Operator's control.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes that are a natural result of gambling activity.
• A member's failure to comply with the stated terms and conditions.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Technical faults in the device or software used by the member to access the platform.

jibets' maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

9. Amendments to Terms

jibets reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless stated otherwise.

• Members are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the terms currently in effect.
• Continued use of the jibets platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If a member disagrees with any amendment to the terms, they should discontinue use of the platform and contact the support team to initiate the account closure process.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of jibets' international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved by mutual agreement between both parties.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is raised in writing, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these terms prevents a competent regulatory authority from taking action within its respective jurisdiction in relation to the operation of the jibets platform.
